2. Services Description

Tak2ai provides an AI-powered automation platform offering voice calling, AI chatbots, AI video generation, and lead automation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
Use the Services to transmit harmful code or malware
Violate the intellectual property rights of others

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in suspension of access to the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Tak2ai platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Tak2ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tak2ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period. Sections 5, 6, and 8 shall survive termination.
